Fransiska Prihadi obtained her Bachelor degree in architecture in 2001 from Tarumanagara University in Jakarta , Indonesia . After graduation she had a 3 month internship at PT Han Awal & Partners in Jakarta under Yori Antar's supervision and continued to work with Sardjono Sani in PT Bias Tekno Art Kreasindo, also in Jakarta.
In 2004 she moved to Bali to work with Cheong Yew Kuan's studio until early 2007 when she decided that it was time to move on her own path of becoming an interdependent architect. Since studying architecture in Tarumanagara University , Fransiska has been actively involved in various socio-architecture-networking activities such as Galeri-Lawang Tarumanagara, various Tarumanagara workshops-exhibitions, 2001 Jakarta Art & Architecture Festival, and Young Indonesian Architects Forum (Forum AMI). In 2006 together with her friends in Bali she founded a monthly Soup Chat event that connects talented Indonesians and Foreigners living in Bali with different expertise backgrounds. In addition to her practicing architect activities, Fransiska nurtures her rural-urban observation and writing hobbies by writing articles or submitting papers to academic conferences in Indonesia .
